Account & Registration

Go to the betg register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, date of birth, email address, and password. The whole form takes under two minutes on mobile. After submitting, you'll receive an OTP on your Pakistani mobile number — enter it to verify your account and you're in immediately. Registration is completely free.

The minimum age to register and play on betg is 18 years old. betg verifies age at the point of registration and may request CNIC documentation for identity verification at any time. Accounts found to belong to underage players are closed immediately.

No. betg's policy is strictly one account per player. Deposits

betg accepts deposits via: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit/credit cards. All deposits are in PKR — no foreign currency conversions involved.

The minimum deposit on betg is Rs 500. This applies across all payment methods. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though very large deposits may trigger a verification check as part of betg's security procedures.

Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your betg account instantly — typically within seconds of the transaction completing. No. betg requires all deposits to come from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party payments — from a family member's Easypaisa or a friend's JazzCash — are not accepted and may result in the deposit being reversed and the account reviewed. This is a security and anti-fraud requirement, not just a rule.

Withdrawals

Log into your betg account and go to the Deposit and Withdrawal section. Select Withdrawal, choose your payment method, enter the PKR amount, and confirm. betg processes all verified withdrawal requests within 24 hours. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically arrive within minutes of being processed.

The minimum withdrawal on betg is Rs 500 — the same as the minimum deposit. There is no maximum single withdrawal amount for verified accounts, though large withdrawals may require additional identity verification before processing.

Most betg withdrawals process within hours. Delays usually happen because: KYC verification is still pending on the account, the withdrawal amount is large enough to trigger an additional review, or your bank is experiencing processing delays outside betg's control. If a match is cancelled before it starts, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are returned to your betg account in full. For matches that are abandoned mid-game, betg follows standard international settlement rules — typically, results are settled based on the score at the time of abandonment if enough play has occurred, or bets are voided if not. betg offers a cash-out feature on selected sports markets. When cash-out is available on a bet, you'll see a "Cash Out" button next to it in your open bets section. The amount offered reflects the current probability of your bet winning. Cash-out availability varies by sport, market, and match status — not all bets support it.

Security & Login

Go to the betg login page and click "Forgot Password?" Enter your registered mobile number or email address and betg will send reset instructions within 2 minutes. The reset link is valid for 15 minutes. If you've lost access to your registered email as well, contact support@betg.ws with your CNIC details for manual verification.

After logging in, go to Account Settings → Security → Two-Factor Authentication. Toggle it on and confirm your Pakistani mobile number. From that point, any login from a new device will require a 6-digit SMS OTP in addition to your password. betg strongly recommends all players enable 2FA — it significantly reduces the risk of unauthorised access.

Responsible Gaming

Self-exclusion permanently blocks your betg account for a minimum period of 6 months. During exclusion, you cannot log in, deposit, or bet, and all marketing is stopped immediately. To activate: Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion. Alternatively, email support@betg.ws with the subject "Self-Exclusion Request". Once active, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the elected period.

A cooling-off period is a temporary break from betg — available from 24 hours to 6 weeks. After the period expires, your account automatically reactivates. Self-exclusion is a longer-term measure (minimum 6 months) that requires a deliberate reinstatement process to lift. Use cooling-off if you want a short break; use self-exclusion if you feel you need a firm, extended stop.
