betg Terms and Conditions — Your Rights, Our Rules, and How We Work Together

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on betg, accessing the betg platform, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and betg.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use betg's platform or services. Continued use of betg following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

To open and maintain a betg account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. betg strictly prohibits underage gambling and takes all reasonable steps to verify player age.
• You must be accessing betg from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a betg employee in a role that could create a conflict of interest.
• You must not be self-excluded from betg or any associated gaming platform at the time of registration.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information at all times.

betg reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. If you cannot provide satisfactory verification, betg may suspend or close your account and withhold any pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Rule

Each player is permitted to hold only one betg account. This applies per person, per household, per device, and per shared IP address in household contexts. Operating multiple accounts — whether to claim multiple bonuses, circumvent restrictions, or for any other reason — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of these Terms.

If betg identifies multiple accounts linked to the same individual, betg reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all bonuses, and retain any winnings derived from fraudulent multi-account activity.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your betg login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. betg will never ask for your password through any communication channel. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact betg support immediately at support@betg.ws.

3.3 Accurate Information

All information provided during betg registration must be truthful and current. This includes your full name, date of birth, mobile number, and payment details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

betg may require identity verification (Know Your Customer — KYC) at any point, including before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds. Standard KYC documentation includes a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, and confirmation of payment method ownership. betg will process KYC requests within two business days of receiving complete documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

betg supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals, all processed in PKR:

• Easypaisa — Mobile wallet, instant processing
• JazzCash — Mobile wallet, instant processing
• NayaPay — Digital wallet
• SadaPay — Digital wallet
• IBFT Bank Transfer — Inter-bank funds transfer
• Visa / Mastercard — Debit and credit cards issued by Pakistani banks

betg does not accept payments from third-party accounts. The payment method used for deposit must match the account holder's name and must be owned by the registered betg player.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount on betg is Rs 500. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account verification status and are displayed in the betg deposit and withdrawal section.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Times

betg processes withdrawal requests within 24 hours on business days. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes of processing. IBFT bank transfers may take up to one business day to reflect in your bank account. betg does not charge processing fees on standard withdrawals.

4.4 Currency

All betg accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). betg does not accept or process transactions in any foreign currency. No currency conversion applies to any betg transaction.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

betg offers a welcome bonus to newly registered players on their first qualifying deposit. The welcome bonus is a 100% match up to a specified PKR amount, credited to the player's bonus balance. The exact maximum bonus amount is stated on the betg Promotions page and may change from time to time.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses on betg are subject to wagering requirements before the bonus balance and associated winnings can be withdrawn. betg's standard wagering requirement is 5× the bonus amount. For example, a Rs 5,000 bonus requires Rs 25,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal becomes available.

• Sports betting wagers contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Fishing game bets contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Card game and casino bets contribute 100% towards wagering requirements.
• Poker tournament buy-ins contribute 50% towards wagering requirements.

Wagering must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited. Uncompleted wagering requirements result in the bonus and associated winnings being forfeited at expiry.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

betg monitors bonus usage for patterns that indicate abuse — including but not limited to: placing offsetting bets across outcomes to guarantee clearing wagering, systematic low-risk betting designed solely to convert bonus funds, and coordinated multi-account bonus claiming. Accounts found to be abusing betg's bonus system will have their bonuses voided and may face account suspension.

5.4 Promotion Eligibility

Each betg promotion has its own eligibility criteria, which are stated on the individual promotion page. A player may only claim a specific promotion once unless otherwise stated. Promotions are intended for recreational players and betg reserves the right to exclude individual accounts from specific promotions at its discretion.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on betg are final once confirmed. betg does not allow the cancellation of confirmed bets except in specific circumstances outlined in our game-specific rules — for example, when a sports event is abandoned before a result is reached (in which case most bets are voided and stakes returned).

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

The minimum bet amount across betg's platform is Rs 100 for most games and markets. Maximum stakes vary by game type, market, and account tier. Maximum stakes on any given market are displayed in the betg interface before bet placement.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet on betg may be declared void in the following circumstances:

• The relevant sports event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned without a result being reached.
• The bet was placed as a result of a pricing error on betg's end (obvious error odds).
• The bet relates to an event on which betg determines sufficient information to have been unavailable at the time of placement.

When a bet is voided, the original stake is returned to the player's betg account in full.

6.4 Payout Errors

In the event of a betg system error resulting in an incorrect payout, betg reserves the right to correct the error. If a player has withdrawn funds paid out in error, betg will contact the player to arrange recovery. betg is not liable for any losses incurred as a result of reliance on an erroneous payout.

7. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

betg is committed to maintaining a fair gaming environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on betg's platform:

• Collusion — coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker or any other multiplayer game.
• Use of automated software — bots, scripts, or any software that automates gameplay decisions or bet placement without human interaction.
• Exploitation of software errors — deliberately using bugs, glitches, or unintended game mechanics to gain an advantage.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to another player to transfer value unfairly.
• Fraudulent payment activity — using stolen, unauthorised, or fraudulent payment methods to fund a betg account.
• Money laundering — using betg to process funds obtained through illegal means. betg complies with all applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.

Any account found to be engaging in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these rules, the account will be closed, associated winnings forfeited, and the matter referred to relevant authorities where applicable.

8. Responsible Gaming

betg takes responsible gaming seriously and has integrated a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available to all betg account holders at any time and can be activated without requiring approval from betg staff.

• Deposit limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to control how much you fund your betg account.
• Loss limits — cap the amount you can lose over a defined period.
• Session time limits — set reminders or hard limits on how long you can play per session.
• Cooling-off period — temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without requiring permanent closure.
• Self-exclusion — permanently exclude yourself from betg for a minimum of 6 months. Self-exclusion requests are irreversible for the elected period.

9. Privacy and Data

betg collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and should be read alongside them. By using betg, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

• betg does not sell personal data to third-party marketers.
• KYC documentation is retained only for as long as required by applicable regulation.

10. Limitation of Liability

betg provides its platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access at all times. betg will make all reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but cannot guarantee this in the event of:

• Scheduled or emergency maintenance windows.
• Internet service provider outages beyond betg's control.
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, or cyber-attacks.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, betg's liability to any player for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 12-month period preceding the claim. betg is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses.

betg makes no representation that gaming or sports betting will result in a profit. All forms of gambling carry inherent risk and you should only ever bet what you can genuinely afford to lose.

11. Account Suspension and Closure

11.1 betg's Right to Suspend

betg reserves the right to suspend or close any account — with or without prior notice — in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of underage gambling.
• Court order or direction from a relevant regulatory authority.

11.2 Voluntary Account Closure

You may close your betg account at any time by contacting our support team at support@betg.ws. Before closure, any positive balance in your account (subject to wagering requirements being met) will be paid out via your registered payment method. Account closure requests are processed within two business days.

11.3 Dormant Accounts

A betg account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months. betg may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant accounts to cover maintenance costs. Players will receive email notification before any dormancy fee is applied. To reactivate a dormant betg account, simply log in — the dormancy fee will cease immediately upon reactivation.

12. Changes to These Terms

betg may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When material changes are made, betg will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a notice on the betg platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

Continued use of betg after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using betg and may request account closure as described in Section 11.
